Our programs are built for senior professionals who carry significant strategic responsibility — C-suite executives, vice presidents, senior directors, general managers, and founders leading growth-stage companies. We also work with high-potential leaders who have been identified for succession into senior roles within the next twelve to eighteen months. Industry does not matter; the leadership challenges we address — strategic clarity, stakeholder alignment, decision-making under uncertainty, and team performance — are universal across sectors. Whether you lead a technology startup or a century-old manufacturing firm, our frameworks adapt to your context.
Program duration depends on the format and your objectives. Our culture workshops run over two intensive days, usually at an off-site location. The strategic leadership intensive spans six weeks with weekly half-day sessions. One-on-one executive coaching engagements are typically structured as six-month partnerships with bi-weekly sessions, though we offer flexible arrangements for leaders with demanding travel schedules. Peer advisory circles operate on a rolling twelve-month membership with monthly meetings. During your initial consultation, we will recommend the format and timeline that best matches your goals and availability.
Absolutely — and in fact, customization is a core principle of our methodology. Every engagement begins with a discovery phase where we interview key stakeholders, review organizational documents, and sometimes administer confidential surveys to understand the specific dynamics at play. From there, we design a program that addresses your strategic priorities, cultural context, and the developmental needs of your leadership team. We have built custom programs for organizations undergoing mergers, entering new international markets, launching digital transformation initiatives, and navigating generational leadership transitions. No two engagements look the same.
Our faculty comprises professionals with deep real-world leadership experience complemented by rigorous academic credentials. Most of our coaches hold certifications from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or Master Certified Coach (MCC) level. Several hold MBAs from top-tier business schools, and others bring doctoral research in organizational psychology, behavioural economics, or strategic management. Beyond credentials, every member of our team has held senior leadership roles themselves — as CEOs, military officers, hospital administrators, or board directors — so they understand the pressures you face from personal experience, not just theory.
We take measurement seriously because we believe accountability is essential to lasting change. At the outset, we establish clear, quantifiable goals with each participant — these might include improvements in employee engagement scores, reductions in decision-cycle time, increases in cross-functional collaboration, or personal leadership competency benchmarks. We use 360-degree feedback assessments before and after the program to track behavioural shifts. For coaching engagements, we conduct mid-point check-ins with both the participant and their sponsoring executive to ensure alignment. Our most recent cohort data shows that 92 percent of participants report measurable improvement in at least three leadership competencies within six months of program completion.
Pricing varies based on program type, duration, degree of customization, and the number of participants. As a general guide, our two-day culture workshops for leadership teams start at CAD $8,500 per team. The six-week strategic leadership intensive is priced at CAD $4,200 per individual participant. One-on-one coaching engagements begin at CAD $12,000 for a six-month partnership. Peer advisory circle membership is CAD $6,500 per year. We offer volume discounts for organizations enrolling multiple leaders and can structure payment plans for longer engagements. We are happy to provide a detailed proposal after an initial consultation so you can evaluate the investment against your expected return.
We offer both formats, and many of our programs use a blended approach. Our one-on-one coaching sessions work exceptionally well over secure video conferencing, allowing us to serve leaders across time zones without travel overhead. Group workshops and intensives are most impactful when conducted in person — the energy of face-to-face interaction, breakout exercises, and informal networking during breaks adds tremendous value. However, we have designed fully virtual versions of every program for organizations with distributed teams or travel restrictions. Our virtual sessions use interactive platforms with breakout rooms, real-time polling, digital whiteboards, and pre-session assignments to maintain high engagement throughout.
Confidentiality is the foundation of effective executive coaching. Everything discussed between a participant and their coach is strictly confidential. We do not share session content, personal reflections, or assessment results with the participant's employer, board, or colleagues without explicit written consent. When an organization sponsors a coaching engagement, we agree on a set of high-level development goals with the sponsoring executive at the outset, and we provide periodic progress updates at a thematic level — for example, "the participant is making strong progress on stakeholder communication" — but we never disclose specific conversation details. This boundary allows leaders to be fully candid, which is essential for genuine growth.
We believe that sustainable leadership development extends well beyond the final session. Every program includes a post-engagement phase: participants receive a personalized action plan summarizing key insights, commitments, and next steps. For coaching clients, we schedule a 90-day follow-up session at no additional cost to review progress and address new challenges. Graduates of our group programs are invited to join our alumni network, which includes quarterly virtual roundtables, an annual leadership summit in Montréal, and access to curated resources on emerging leadership topics. Many of our alumni continue to engage with us for years — returning for advanced programs, referring colleagues, or joining our peer advisory circles.
The first step is a complimentary 30-minute discovery call. During this conversation, we will learn about your leadership context, discuss your goals, and recommend the program format that best fits your needs. There is no obligation and no pressure — we want to ensure that our approach is the right match before either party commits. You can request a discovery call by filling out the contact form on our home page, emailing us at [email protected], or calling us at +1 514 214-9725. We typically respond within one business day and can schedule the call at a time that works across your time zone.

How our process works

From your first inquiry to lasting leadership transformation, here is what to expect at each stage of your engagement with us.

1

Discovery call

A complimentary 30-minute conversation where we learn about your challenges, goals, and organizational context. We listen more than we talk — this is about understanding your world.

2

Custom proposal

Based on the discovery call, we design a tailored program with clear objectives, a detailed agenda, pricing, and a timeline. You review it with your team and ask as many questions as you need.

3

Assessment and preparation

Before the program begins, participants complete psychometric assessments, 360-degree feedback surveys, and a brief self-reflection exercise. This data shapes the content and coaching focus.

4

Program delivery

Whether in person or virtual, every session is interactive, practical, and grounded in your real-world challenges. You will leave each session with tools you can apply immediately.

5
